BinaryChaos SMP is a mature, hardcore difficulty Minecraft server which strives to encourage the vanilla Minecraft experience with a low fantasy, dark ages theme. The server is based on persistently changing anarchy, cloak and dagger politics, and rules or more appropriately “laws” controlled by the players within their proclaimed territories aside from the ground rules shown below.

We strongly encourage joining up with some veteran players upon first joining the server to get a feel for our play-style, we strongly encourage light medieval role-play in your build and play-style. When building, things that are useful and structurally sound and preferred with medieval theme, rather than 1×1 dirt spires and lava falls. In-game trade, kingdoms, economy, and towns are all encouraged.

This server utilizes very minimal protection against griefing and hackers, consequences are meant to be lasting and will shape the world map for years to come.

With the introduction of “chunk blending” in version 1.18 I am truly hopefully that we will never have to reset the world map in the foreseeable future. This server and new world map was officially started on August 6th, 2022.

Diplomacy SMP is a server for simulating real political development and rivalries, allyships, conflicts, and eventually wars between nations. Players will have the opportunity to either invite some friends to the server and start a brand new nation, or join one run by other nations. The Founding of Gentoria:

Gentoria is the result of two towny players being constantly starved of that “perfect geopolitical experience.” That was the case until now where the ideal towny server has finally been realized. With blood, sweat, tears, and money the ideal experience has finally begun to be realized and is constantly being built on and improved. 😀

Towny:
The towny plugin has been modified specially to provide a sense of weakness to all players. No more can you simply hide in your base and it not be griefed you will need to build real defenses because players will kill everyone in your town, burn everything you own, and blow up everything you build and cherish. Why? Why the fuck would we do this?! We did it so you can come back stronger! If you want to have a legacy you must earn it with blood and iron!

War:
Wars have no rules anything goes. Don’t like it? Make a server wide alliance and force your own laws of war on your enemies! Don’t want to have useless allies? Then forge a single empire or raiding horde and make the server your bitch! (we added a modified towny war so expect some changes to pvp 😉 )

Netherite:
Sorry fam but no nether or netherite you are going to need to actually learn to play the game.

Lore:
Lore is fine just don’t expect me to do a deus ex bs for you. Server lore is epic though and is the only way to get any netherite.

Vanillabean is a whitelisted vanilla server, where everyone knows everybody and players can get a true vanilla experience. Many other servers claim to be vanilla but are not. The only plugins we have enhance the game such as discord integrated chat, and player death cords. We also have a unique take on server moderation. Rules, and punishments are dictated by an ever changing player written constitution, with staff having the same say as regular players. The Scandify SMP server was released in the middle of May 2023 and has JUST updated to 1.20, so everything is extremely fresh still with world-borders being expanded by more than double for the new generation. The server is hosted in Germany with some very costly hardware so there won’t be any downtime and connectivity should be good wherever you are in the world.

I love faction raiding, but the distance between bases can make things feel like single-player.

So I made a server with a 512×512 world border to encourage raiding and as an experiment in limited resource management.

The seed is perfect for hiding (and finding) numerous bases!

This is a server that you can play either lifesteal factions and/or fully survival and has plugins like essentials, geyser so that bedrock players can join, worldguard for grief prevention, viabackwards, viaversion, and many more plugins. It’s a proxy server so you’ll need to do /server lifesteal for lifesteal /server survival for survival and /server factions for factions. Unless I the owner RaydenSpawn is updating the server or plugins on the server, it is online 24/7. It’s on 1.20 now.
