Windward is a high magic server with technology, fashion and culture influenced by the early twentieth century. Its primary focus is roleplaying, exploration, and Player versus Environment. The server is roleplay enforced, meaning roleplay is expected of you while on the server.

Little to no applications philosophy, the only application currently is the whitelist. Magic schools are given at the start and cool options for characters are earned through player action. Powerful spells found in dangerous delves could be sold for a fortune to others.
Custom combat with stamina for attacks and mana for magic. Hunger is disabled to avoid hassle and instead gives food the role of healing items.
Seasons that change with time also change the look of the world, with staff ran events that reflect the passing of time.
Three narrative-driven factions for those that want a consistent storyline along with a main player-ran town that needs help with its own trials and tribulations. Will you serve the ambitions of foreign powers or the town and her people?
