Works the same as a regular single player world except for a few tweaks: Keep inventory on, Mob griefing disabled only for ghasts and creepers, and the Dynmap plugin. There are no commands you need to know, no /home or /tpa, no kits, no weird GUI plugins, no worrying about formatting signs a certain way or messing with protections or holograms or anything, just basic, bare bones, true to the spirit of vanilla, and with limitless possibilities. We make full use of all of the original Vanilla gameplay’s mechanics and quirks, such as using Nether for fast transportation. You can do whatever you’d like (within the bounds of our rules, ofc). If you want to go off to a new part of the map and make that place your very own, you can do that as well. We’ve been hosting servers since 2012 and typically change worlds every update or so. Calling this a survival server would be an understatement. Rather this server acts as a way for people to experience power, loss, and greed. Kingdoms are likely to form and with them, so are alliances. Wars can break out, spying can occur and betrayals can happen.
INTENTIONS
This server will at its core be built for the players. You are free to build and conquer any area you see fit. Your medieval kingdom can stretch the whole server if time allows. If the majority of the server would like a change, there will be a vote. Admins are there to serve the players and their wants.
BASIC GUIDELINES
This server is medieval. There is no modern. Nordic, Rustic, etc.. building types are fine but nothing industrial or modern (this also means steampunk). Basically, anything that looks like it could have been built with natural materials is what we're going for. No skyscrapers or car roads. You don't have to be a master builder, it's fine, really.
War is not all-out griefing and chaos. There is a method to the madness.
When your group exceeds 5 players, you can form a kingdom. This will grant you a custom discord rank and a land claim in your desired area.
The world is 4000×4000 to encourage closer kingdoms and more interaction such as trading alliances and possibly, war.
