We want to be a CityBuild server where adults can feel comfortable and not constantly be bothered by childish things.

General server rules (Minecraft)
§1 Behavior & Respect
Treat all players with respect and courtesy.
Insults, coercion, discrimination, hate speech or provocations are prohibited.
Disputes should be resolved privately or reported to a team member.
Any form of threats and crimes in the community can not only result in a penalty on the server, but can also result in criminal prosecution.
§2 Cheats & unauthorized advantages
Forbidden modifications & hack clients
The use of unauthorized modifications and hack clients is strictly prohibited.
§3 Advertising
Third-party advertising (servers, social media, etc.) is prohibited without the consent of the server team.
Self-promotion may be permitted after consultation with the server team.
§4 Real money, trading & gambling
Real Money Trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited.
Scamming is severely punished.
Casinos and other games of chance are prohibited.
§5 Bugs & Exploits
Exploiting bugs is prohibited.
Bugs found must be reported to the server team.
§6 Account & Security
Each player is responsible for his or her own account.
Account sharing is at your own risk.
Multi-accounts are only permitted after prior registration with the server team.

Penalties & Consequences
§21 Penal system
Depending on the violation:
warning
Kick
Temporary Ban
Permanent ban
Repeated violations result in harsher penalties.
Ignorance does not protect against punishment.
§22 Discretion
The server team reserves the right to make individual decisions in individual cases.
§23 Support
If you have any problems, contact the server team.
No spam from team members.
Support exploitation and bribery are prohibited and will be punished.
§24 Team decisions
Team decisions must be accepted.
Abuse of rights is punished internally.
Complaints about a team member should be directed to an admin/owner.
