Our server assumes the most classic vanilla survival that will appeal to both beginners and experienced players.
No economy. Our form of trade is barter.
No private territory. This is simply not necessary, our players are very friendly and everything is based on complete trust.
No donation. On our server, all players are equal.
Without a whale start and freebies. You start the game with a completely empty spawn.
We also have disabled protection from mobs: creepers can destroy buildings, endermen can steal blocks, zombies can break doors, etc.

About Us:
The Flare Community and its Flare SMP were founded on April 14, 2023, by me, Antimony_Sb. My good friend, who fills the role of creative director, and I aim to provide our players with a relaxed semi-vanilla experience in a mature and "serious" environment. The server is my hobby and is a long-term project, without a planned end; ideally, we'll only stop when Minecraft ceases to exist.

I started CoreMC about 2 years ago because I wanted a simple Minecraft community where anyone is welcome from highly technical people to elaborate builders to casual players. I'd tried many other servers but they either felt too easy with commands, disabled certain vanilla features, or devolved into anarchy where nobody could really trust anyone and everyone hides thousands of blocks out away.
Actually Vanilla
The server runs the stock vanilla .jar, for better or worse. There are no datapacks, with the exception of a simple grief logging one ( More info ). All the gamerules are set to default values, and pretty much anything you can do in vanilla is allowed. The world was generated with the release of 1.18 and will not be reset.
Rules
The in-game rules are pretty straightforward and basically boil down to respect each other and the server.

No PVP/Griefing/Stealing. Respect the effort others put into their builds.

Anything possible in vanilla Minecraft is allowed here, except item dupe glitches. Don't do those.

Don't build anything that will cause excessive lag (keep in mind this is a vanilla JAR, so some optimizations and stuff that are present in paper/spigot/etc. aren't present here). You won't really be punished for this unless you're intentionally making lag machines or refuse to listen if you're asked to scale back.

Racism/Sexism/Homophobia/Transphobia/harassment of any kind is absolutely not allowed.

Hacking (xray, flyhacks, etc..) is 100% not allowed. Mods like Optifine or auto clickers are fine. If you're wondering if a client side mod is fine or not, please ask first.

Alt accounts are allowed as long as you're not using them to break the rules. If you have any you want to use let me know and I'll whitelist them.

The server has a Ryzen 5 3550H and 32GB of RAM (20 allocated to Minecraft) located in the Eastern United States. It's literally a broken gaming laptop I got for free, though all that's broken on it is cosmetic stuff.

To be completely honest with you, it's not very active which is why I'm trying to recruit more players. Turns out retaining people is kinda hard, easy to get bored of it if you're not someone who can keep making goals for yourself after you've reached the endgame. Lots of ppl will just get full enchanted netherite and an elytra and then get bored stop playing. Fortunately the server doesn't really cost me a meaningful amount, so even if it goes through periods of inactivity you can count on it still being online.

The AussieSMP is an Australian hosted Survival server with a small community of players from around the world. The server is a whitelisted application-based server, if you would like to join you will need to use the link above. This is put in place so that players feel safe that their builds will remain intact and that we donโt have anyone who wonโt fit in to the culture on the server. That being said we are always looking for new members and you are welcome to apply at any time!
The gameplay is mostly vanilla with some extra quality of life features like teleports, features that promote player trading and methods to protect from griefing.

Many other survival servers modify various game mechanics, one of the main aims of this server is to not change too much of the Vanilla mechanics such as how entities act, villagers, terrain generation etc.

A decently sized shopping area that is filled with player created shops that promotes a feeling of community and helps players easily trade between each other. Players use diamonds as currency within these shops to trade for other items/blocks.

Getting out of spawn and into new lands is easy with the use of a random teleport command which can be accessed by right-clicking the NPC at spawn or by typing /rtp. There are also various other teleports that are made available on the server so that you can quickly get back to your base or check up on what your mates are doing.

The server has a land-claiming system that uses a golden shovel. Over time youโll gain claim blocks that can be used in whichever server you play in, and when youโre ready you can claim your chests and builds to keep them safe from other players. This is purely an optional safeguard, many players donโt claim their land as the community doesnโt appreciate griefing so players who participate in that are very quickly filtered out of the server.

The survival server consists of multiple worlds which have plenty of new 1.21 chunks in them. If you like long-term survival worlds, the AussieSMP is for you! There are no plans to do a full reset of the main worlds ever.

The server is part of a growing network, so not only are there multiple survival worlds, there is a creative server where players can build without limits or just test their redstone contraptions.

Welcome to the Civilization of the Rubies!
On the Civilization of the Rubies server, the goal is to simulate civilization. How? Well, it is up to the players to decide how to make the civilization.
There are a few rules and important info pieces on the server, however:
- NO LAG MACHINES. Any use of lag machines results in a command block being added in-game that will continually kick the perpetrator forever in a ban-like state.
- NO HACK CLIENTS. Again, the command block ban thing would happen if we suspect you are hacking.
- We self-host the server with an M1 MacBook Air running macOS Sonoma, and we try to keep the server on for as long as possible (unless a kernel panic or other thing happens and we then have to restart the server).
- In Civilization of the Rubies, the player called Dev is the in-lore god (Creator of the Land in-lore) and is the only player on the server with creative mode and cheats, while other players are in survival mode and no cheats. They are also the admin and owner of the server as well, so please don't incur their in-game wrath.
- Do NOT enter the blocked-off Netherite portal in-game. This portal is to the Disaster Dimension, which can cause kernel panics or blue screens to whomever happens to be in the dimension (players outside of that dimension would be just fine). It is full of TNT (which lights immediately) and ant mobs and trees made of TNT as well.
- Try to, at the very least, make some sort of civilization, if possible (although you don't have to make a civilization here).
- Most importantly, have fun on the server (make sure the Better Minecraft mod is installed in Forge 1.20.1, by the way (Java players can therefore play, but Bedrock players cannot))!

Authentic Vanilla, launched July 18th, 2024, is Java Edition Minecraft in its purest form. It is a "Vanilla Anarchy" server, meaning pretty much anything aside from hacking or exploits are allowed. The world, which will never be reset, is whatever you want it to be. Anything you can do in Mojang's intended vanilla is fair game, you need not be bogged down by landclaims or building requirements or suffocating world borders. But be ware, the freedom to create also comes with the freedom to destroy, so keep what you make safe.
The server is still very young so now is your chance to get in early and make your mark on the server!
Additional Info:
- To keep the server as authentically vanilla as possible, the server will be running Fabric rather than the more widely used, but much more invasive PaperMC. This means that farms that are known to not be multiplayer compatible due to PaperMC's intrusive optimizations should work here, without it being at the expense of server performance.
- The server will always be running the latest version as soon as possible, it is currently on 1.21
- There are only 4 simple rules as follows:
- No hacked clients or other mods that give an unfair advantage
- No use of glitches or exploits to gain an unfair advantage
- Do not harm the server's integrity through DDOS attacks or lag machines
- What happens in the block game stays in the block game, do not threaten people's real life well being

The Server is up 24/7, with 6 Gb of ram, and a custom modpack which is currently getting updates.
The modpack used is highly centered around exploration, and expanding upon base-game Minecraft while adding tons of medieval, fantasy, and retro-tech themed content. Create, ice and fire, Apeothosis, Eidolon, Farmers Delight, and IDAS are just a handful of the mods run on the server.
The pack vastly improves Vanilla structures, and adds breathtaking new dungeons, it is easy to get immersed in this strange, perilous world. With over 100+ mods, which add a plethora of new blocks, items, and enemies, it's no wonder why this modpack has a nearly endless offering of things to do.ย In the Doomlands: The player choose has the freedom their own destiny, rather than being forced to progress down a certain path. You can team up with other players, create your own empire, or ride alone into the vast, far off frontiers of this world.
