About Davidscloud: Davidscloud is a long-standing gaming community that believes in creating a place for all gamers to get together and enjoy playing various games together without worry of pay-to-win spoiling the enjoyment. Our community is friendly and works together to achieve a place everyone can find something to enjoy. Our Minecraft server, specifically, has been around since 1.7.10 and plans on staying around for a long time to come.

Player Protection: Our Minecraft server has variety of features for our members to enjoy. Key to keeping your experience enjoyable is our grief prevention system and friendly admin team. Players start off with 2,000 blocks they can claim, and accrue 120 every hour of playtime. These claims cannot be destroyed or built upon by anyone other than the Owner of the claim, or Trusted players. Plus your pets are also protected in the same fashion! If for some reason there's ever a problem, our Admin team will investigate and assist whenever necessary.

Quality-of-Life: With us focusing on your security, you can focus on enjoying the features on our server that add to your survival chances should you choose to use them, completely free without pay-to-win! Such as our banking system that gives interest for every hour you play. This lets you save up some cash to spend at the Market set up at the Survival Spawn, where our new Merchants offer a small variety of goods, like fish, potions, wood, and other miscellaneous goodies you might be looking for.

Multiple Worlds: Bit bored traveling over the same old Minecraft landscape? Our server isn't just the one traditional Survival world, it's actually linked to another realm giving you more to explore! Find Zedmun at the Survival Spawn for the opportunity to be transported to our new Amplified World! Added in 1.18, it has all of the new caves and cliffs you could want with the added craziness of being amplified. Additionally, we're working on adding an Event World and a Creative Plot World that would be accessed via our Hub so you will have even more places to enjoy. We would love to see you here when they launch!

Another Tidbit: Curious why Java and Bedrock were in the same title? Simple, that's because our server now allows cross-play between the Bedrock and Java versions! Anyone can play on our servers regardless of if they play on console or PC, provided they have a paid Java account of course. That means you get to play with friends you might not of been able to before due to platform restrictions! Plus, with more people able to play on our servers the more fun can be had by all as our community grows. So we are looking forward to seeing you and your friends join us at Davidscloud!

Creativity: 4.5 – Minefort definitely offers a lot of creative freedom with their full FTP access and ability to use any plugins. It’s like having a blank canvas to build your dream server on.

Challenge: 3.0 – While the platform itself doesn’t offer much in terms of challenge, the real challenge lies in creating and managing your own server. It can be tough work, but also rewarding.

Community: 4.0 – The community on Minefort is pretty active and engaging. There are always people around to play with or get help from, which adds to the overall experience.

Overall Experience: 4.0 – Minefort is a great platform for Minecrafters looking to take their gaming experience to the next level. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, there’s something for everyone here. Plus, the ability to create your own server adds a whole new level of fun and creativity to the game. The Rise of Morgoth is a server that runs the Lord of the Rings mod developed by Mevans. Started back in 2015, the server retained a stable but small community for nearly a decade. Recently, the entire LotR Mod community has entered a lull of activity, though there are still servers and players that continue to play. Now is the perfect time for new players to try out the mod, especially on our server.

Our server is different from other LotR servers in that while we have factions, light roleplay, and lore in line with Tolkien's works, we are somewhat lax and allow players to do what they want to do. For example, a player normally would need to achieve enough reputation to become the king of a faction, but if a group of players band together and proclaim one person king, they can rule de-facto until they are challenged.

Another distinguishing feature is that we allow for custom lore and characters, assuming that it would feasibly fit within Tolkien's world. For example, a player create a character that would be the lord of a certain Rohirric city and play as said character. We even allow for lore from the First and Second age to apply to our world (to a limited degree). We want to focus on the Third Age, but after all, the server is called The Rise of Morgoth.

We grant any player access to temporary creative mode and some world edit features if they decide they want to take on a particularly challenging build, a feature not found in most LotR servers. All builds on the server are made by our own players, such as the Vintner Court, Cirith Ungol, Minas Morgul, Rivendell, and Baraz-Tum.

Besides the LotR mod, we also use CustomNPCs. This allows for players to go on quests created by staff. Current quests are short introductions to the good and evil factions, though there are more to come.

Players who are interested in a smaller community will find themselves at home at the Rise of Morgoth, and anyone interested in the Lord of the Rings should definitely try out the mod, as it's one of the largest mods in existence. Whether you want a simple life to settle down in the Shire, or want to hunt orcs in one of the major kingdoms of Men or Elves, want to discover riches deep in the earth in a Dwarf hold, or relish in the raids and slaughter that issue out of Orc fortresses, our server has opportunities for all playstyles. The server is due for a resurgence, and many roles are unclaimed, so now is the time.

Howdy! I've put together a small server for general chilling, building and getting together to knock the teeth out of large bosses every so often. The modpack that contains abit of everything. Aesthetic decorations up the wazoo, mobs both malevolent and benign, magic, steampunk tech, and more.
Battle cataclysmic bosses and then celebrate your victory with a steaming pot of tea.
Build your bases alone or together. Tired of villagers? Populate your village with friendly animals, magical creatures and over a dozen types of golems. The overworld too cheery for you? Delve the nether in search of monstrous challenges and massive fortresses.
The server is abit of a work in process, as I'm actually waiting on some mods to update to 1.20, so expect even more in the future!
