Both are great games, with each having their own qualities. We asked you which of these games you preferred, and whether you’d choose one or the other over the other.

In my eyes, Minecraft is definitely the best game of the year. However, that doesn’t mean it is without its faults. The main negative I see is that the world is never-ending, and the player can only go so far before they run out of blocks to place. The biggest issues for me is when the game gets repetitive. However, I still enjoy playing it more than other RPGs.

Elden Ring is a great classic, RPG game. The game is very challenging and will keep you interested for hours. What I like the most about the game is the fact that each level, the dungeons, are very well thought out and unique.

However, Elden Ring has some really big flaws. For example, the game has little to no control over the character. He walks or runs where ever the AI takes him. It is just unrealistic, as players have to be constantly watching over the player, and watching where he is going in order to keep the player alive. Another big flaw is that at times, the game becomes too easy. A player can just stand around and watch a monster pop up, rather than move. The game also gets very annoying when the game goes under a death loop.

I like to explore the world and try new things. I also like to survive in the wilderness, so, naturally, my first character will be bandit.

Both the knight and the mage have to be played, but, I’ll pick the bandit. I like him better because he can use a bow better unlike the knight. Also, he is good at sneaking, since his playstyle is dark.

My favorite game of the year is Minecraft. This is because it is simple to learn how to play, and even more so to understand how the game works. Also, it is a game that will keep you entertained for years. Minecraft allows for an infinite world, so there is always something to do.

Bedrock Support!: Our server supports both Java Edition players and Bedrock edition players. To connect to the server, you need to set up your console to support external servers and join using the BEDROCK EDITION IP address and port. Towny allows for players to form towns and nations, as well as claim land for themselves to own. You can form towns and nations with friends that you bring with you on the journey, or you can join other existing nations and towns on the server. The world of SavasMC is beautiful and contains a wonderful landscape, and is completely custom and handmade! However, in many ways, it is very unforgiving. Howdy! welcome to The Archana SMP, a lore based modded SMP. We're pretty cool with an active player base, snazzy modpack, and special weapons scattered around the map in special temples. Alongside this, we have a 24/7 server with 16 Gigs, soon to be more so a generally Lag free experience is to be expected. We have a 7k by 7k world border that expands by 5k with each set of temples being placed.

What are the weapons?

We use a mod called "Simply Swords" which have unique weapons, each having their own abilities and quirks to make them special and powerful! Holders of said weapons are called "Overlords" and have a higher respect from the Divine Judgement above. They cannot be crafted, only found in those temples mentioned before.

This is a dedicated 1.20.4 survival server with a handful of changes that really add to the survival experience while mitigating some of the less-fun aspects of the game. While it isn't a purely vanilla experience, the goal is to provide something close to a vanilla experience with modifications that we think add a necessary challenge for veteran players, as well as some quality of life changes that remove some of the more tedious or illogical aspects of the game.

The server is running Fabric with a handful of mods and data-packs with some changes to the base game rules. The best part is, the server does not require you to download anything and can be connected to using a vanilla client.

Some of the changes we've made include:

– No natural regeneration

– Hard difficulty

– Improved Dungeons and other structures

The server map is running Terralith along with a variety of custom structures from a few different mods. On the QoL side, we have things such as Treefall, expanded recipes for the stone cutter, cauldron concrete, and minor healing benefits from using a bed.

*The main point of these rules is to arbitrate disputes between players and lay out the basic PvP guidelines. In general, I think most people prefer to play cooperatively, and I encourage everyone to do just that.
