While being a pervert is subjective, there are certain traits one should possess to qualify as one. One of the most important traits is that a pervert cannot be trusted. They are thought to be the least trustworthy beings in the world.
Also, perverts are so not confident that they may prove dangerous. They are also confused and very rational people. They want to succeed, but lack the confidence to do so. In their mind, they are in control, whereas they are really controlling the victim.
