Frontier Worldbuilding is a new server for people looking for a fresh worldbuilding experience! The staff here have spent the last 5 to 6 years playing all kinds of worldbuilding servers, and this project was made to fix a lot of the usual problems. That includes inactive or corrupt moderation, weak war systems, and diplomacy that feels a bit pointless.
We are trying to keep the core worldbuilding vibe, but with a few changes that make things feel better to play on. Wars are handled in a less restrictive way, so players can use different methods to fight or even make their own rules for conflict. The world is a 15k by 15k vanilla map instead of an Earth map, so it feels more open and leaves room for normal Minecraft gameplay too.
The End is enabled and open for everyone, though elytras are removed to help encourage more player infrastructure. Redstone is also kept as close to vanilla as possible on Paper, so you can build proper contraptions as long as they do not cause excessive lag.
Towny is still part of the server for protecting builds and items, and upkeep is required to keep your towns and nations alive. TNT duping is disabled since it would be way too strong for wars, and there is also Dynmap so you can look over the world whenever you want. Join the for more info and updates.
